EILI maintains a Code of Conduct that guides us on the appropriate handling of situations in which personal and organization interests may conflict.
EILI has long maintained a Code of Conduct to help our organization achieve the right results, the right way. The Code establishes high standards of honesty and integrity for all EILI colleagues and organization partners, and sets forth specific policies to help ensure that our company conducts organization fairly and ethically at all times, everywhere we operate. The Code also offers guidance on appropriate handling of situations in which personal and organization interests have the potential to conflict.
To empower community members in participating effectively in social, economic and sports as source of income
Promote and capacity building to the community in fighting against all forms of discrimination and gender violence
To support and empower community on women’s and children’s rights
Enhance awareness to the community on using potential resources surrounding the community
To support and enhance education and life skills to women and youth
To support and empower on improvement of community health and maternal care, food and nutrition especial to women, children, elders and disabled
Support entrepreneurs and small holders in agribusiness activities for economic development
To enable provision of vocational training, research and education to women, youth and children who missed the education opportunities
Empower community on protection and preserving Tanzania culture and environment
To enhance and educate community on the use of modern technology and consumer’s rights.
